All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or standard returns on any purchases made through our store.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges for Defective Items

We want you to love your glasses! If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, you are eligible for an exchange (not a refund).

To qualify for an exchange, you must:

  1. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order
  2. Email support@dickfractionglasses.com with:
    • Clear photos showing the defect
    • Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email)

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we'll send you a replacement item at no additional cost.

What Doesn't Qualify

  • Buyer's remorse or change of mind
  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear
  • Requests made without photo evidence or proof of purchase
  • Requests submitted after the exchange window has closed
