Every pair of glasses we ship carries a little bit of magic — we want to make sure it gets to you just as nicely as it looks. Below is a clear overview of how shipping works so there are no surprises between checkout and delivery.


Processing Time

Transparently, this is a small business run entirely by one person. As a result, DICKFRACTION, LLC will make its best efforts to process and pack all orders within:

1–10 business days (excluding weekends and U.S. holidays)

During major festival season drops or new product launches, processing may take an extra 3–5 days as we work through higher order volume.

Shipping time begins once your order has been dispatched, not from the date the order was placed.

Once your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with tracking so you can watch it head your way.


Shipping Costs & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated by the shipping carrier and will be shown to you at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Delivery estimates provided at checkout are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed.


Customs & Import Duties (International Orders)

Some countries charge customs or import duties on incoming packages. These fees, if any, are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. We can't predict or control what your country's customs office may charge, but we're happy to help if you run into questions.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We take care to package every order safely, but once a package leaves our hands and is scanned by the carrier, it is out of our control. If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and your local carrier facility first, then reach out to us and we'll do our best to help you sort it out.

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after the carrier confirms delivery, but we're always happy to assist however we can.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address entered by the customer. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will reach out to arrange reshipment, and additional shipping costs may apply.


Notes

  • We currently ship via USPS for both domestic and international orders. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
  • We accept PO Box addresses for U.S. orders.
  • Once an order has been placed, we're unable to guarantee changes to the shipping address, order contents, or cancellation, as orders may begin processing shortly after checkout. Please reach out as soon as possible if you need to make a change and we'll do our best to accommodate it.
